A break-in causes a broken window on one of your properties. Who pays for the repair damage, the landlord or the tenant?
The number of homes that fall under a homeowners association is rapidly growing, and real estate professionals play an important role in educating their clients about the pros and cons of HOAs.
'Right by you' is the National Association of REALTORS®’ national advertising campaign and a promise to consumers that clarifies the benefits and value of working with a REALTOR®, a member of NAR, on what may be the largest financial transaction they ever make.
Hippo, a home insurance firm, warns of these six "weird" house smells. They could be signs of an urgent property issue, which may need a professional evaluation.
Want relevant, turnkey info to share with clients and prospects? The National Association of REALTORS® created 18 one-page guides that give people an overview of key aspects of the real estate transaction, such as negotiating written buyer agreements and understanding offers of compensation.
You and your REALTOR® can make a great team. But your REALTOR® can’t read your mind. Help your REALTOR® find the best options for you by sharing what you’re looking for and offering feedback.
What do you get when you hire a REALTOR®? A lot more than you may realize.
Your real estate transaction isn’t the same as anyone else’s, and your REALTOR®’s services should match what you need. Lucky for you, REALTORS® offer many types of business models to guide you through your transaction.
No one is better at guiding you through a real estate transaction than a REALTOR®. Your REALTOR® is a trusted professional who can help you understand local conditions, find and market properties, negotiate, and keep your transaction on track through closing.
A REALTOR® is a special kind of real estate agent: one who follows NAR’s strict Code of Ethics, including the first and primary pledge to protect and promote the interests of their clients.
