Residential Management Level 1
1 Year Management Agreement
$100 set up fee
10% Management Fee
Included in this package:
- Professional Management and Leasing.
- A licensed and insured team.
- Visits to vacant properties at least once per week.
- Management of accounting to include utilities and repairs. Property taxes, insurance and mortgage payments are not included.
- Monthly Reporting.
- 24 Hour access to qualified staff.
Residential Management Level 2
3 Year Management Agreement
$100 set up fee - waived
10% Management Fee
Included in this package:
- All Level 1 benefits plus reduced management fee to 5% for 3 months.
Residential Management Level 3
5 Year Management Agreement
$100 set up fee - waived
10% Management Fee
Included in this package:
- All Level 1 benefits plus reduced management fee to 5% for 6 months.
